What we can help with
- A tool that gives an unexpected result, an error message or a layout problem.
- A mistake in a range, average, probability table or explanation.
- Accessibility barriers, for example with a keyboard, screen reader or zoom.
- Privacy questions and requests about data covered by the privacy policy.
- Suggestions for a new dice tool or an improvement to an existing one.
- Proposals for a guest article.
What to include
For a problem with a tool
- The page address, for example the D20 dice roller.
- The settings you used: dice count, die size, modifier or mode.
- What happened and what you expected.
- Your browser and device, if the problem looks visual.
For a content correction
- The sentence or table row you think is wrong.
- The correct value and, where possible, how you worked it out or where it comes from.
What we cannot help with
- Rule disputes in your game. Your rulebook and game master decide how a result applies.
- Recovering earlier rolls. History is never stored outside your browser tab, so it cannot be restored after a reload.
- Accounts, passwords or orders. The site has none.
Your message and your privacy
When you email us we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use them only to read and answer your message and to fix what you reported. Details are in the privacy policy. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Replies
Every message is read. We cannot promise a reply to every email or a fixed response time, but reports of errors and accessibility problems are handled first.
