Two independent D6s
Each die produces a value from 1 to 6, just like the D6 dice roller. The total ranges from 2 to 12. Both faces stay visible so you can read doubles as well as the sum.
Doubles and totals
Matching faces are doubles. There are six double outcomes among 36 ordered outcomes, so the chance of doubles on one roll is 1/6.
Use it with your board game
This can supply two D6 results for games such as Monopoly. It does not move pieces or apply doubles, jail or turn rules automatically. For other counts or die sizes, open the main dice roller.
Why seven appears often
Six ordered pairs total 7, while only one pair totals 2. A fair pair of dice has equal chances for its ordered pairs, not equal chances for every sum.
